We are located Located in the heart of
Central New York, 30 miles South of
Syracuse, and 45 miles North
of Binghamton, 7miles off of

Interstate 81, Exit 12 (Homer exit)

Directions:

From Exit 12, off of Rt81 (Homer Exit) Make a Right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto Rt281.    After a few miles you will see a red dairy barn on the Left, and four alike houses (without many trees around them )on the Right.   Then you will go over a brook.    Turn Left on the next road called Cold Brook Road. Stay on Cold Brook Road for 6-7 miles.   You will pass Hewitt Road on the Left and some fenced in pens also on the Left.    Then you will see a house up a driveway on the left, and a barn on the right ....that's us!
